Cancellation Policy

Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations (in whole or in part) made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the entire reservation.

Rooms are reserved by the Mandarin Oriental on a run of the house basis. We are unable to accommodate anyone who has not reserved a room in a timely manner. Your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from NMS. Please note that any changes to your hotel reservation must be submitted in writing to cynthia@nmsmanagement.com. Kindly note that hotel changes will not be taken over the phone as we require written documentation of all changes.

No shows and early departures will be charged for the entire reservation.

Business Center

The Business Center is located on the ballroom level. It is open daily, with assistance, from 7:00am - 5:00pm. After 5:00pm guests may access the Business Center with their room key card.

Overnight valet parking is available at a cost of $49.56 per day. Daily valet parking is available for $30.00.
